Chocolate Shell:
- 12 oz high-quality dark chocolate bar 70%+ cocoa, chopped
Peanut Butter Filling:
- ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter unsweetened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ tsp sea salt plus extra for topping
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Step 1: Melt Chocolate
Chop chocolate bar into small pieces.
Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
