  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for extra tang
  • ½ cup cold water sparkling water optional for fizz
  • Lemon slices & strawberry halves for garnish, optional

Instructions

Prepare Strawberries:

  • Wash and hull strawberries.
  • If frozen, let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Blend the Base:

  • In a blender, add strawberries, lemonade concentrate, ice, honey, lemon juice, and cold water.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth and slushy.

Taste and Adjust:

  • Add more honey if too tart or more lemon juice if too sweet.

Serve Immediately:

  • Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and strawberry halves.
  • Serve with a straw for that icy texture.

Notes

  • Use crushed ice instead of cubes for smoother blending.
  • Balance sweet and tart — Costco’s version leans citrusy rather than sugary.
