  1. Microwave method: You want to add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. And then, heat in 20-second intervals, make sure you’re stirring each time, until they fully melt and become glossy. But don’t overheat, otherwise it might seize.
  2. Double boiler method: You want to set a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (but don’t let the bowl touch the water). Then, stir the chocolate and coconut oil gently until melted.

Once your chocolate chips are melted, you wanna remove them from the heat and set them aside.

Step 2: Line Your Tray

You want to take a flat tray or a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper or wax paper.
