  • ¼ cup white chocolate sauce or syrup like Ghirardelli or Torani
  • 3 tbsp dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips mini chips blend best
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup for blending + drizzling
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: 1 shot of espresso for coffee flavor

Substitutes (Optional):

  • Melted white chocolate + cream instead of white mocha sauce
  • Chopped chocolate bar instead of chips
  • Oat/coconut/soy milk instead of dairy
  • Homemade syrup melt chips with a little water + sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Add to Blender

  • Add milk, ice, white mocha sauce, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract (optional), and espresso shot (optional) to a blender.

Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend for 20–30 seconds, or longer if using large chips, until it’s thick but smooth.
  • Leave some tiny chocolate bits for chewy texture.

Step 3: Adjust Consistency

  • If it’s too runny, add more ice.
  • Too thick? Add a splash of milk and re-blend.
  • Note: It should be thick enough to hold toppings.

Step 4: Top and Serve

  • Pour into a chilled glass or jar.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle mini chips, or add extra white mocha sauce for rich topping.

Notes

Use mini chocolate chips, they’ll blend smoothly and give little chocolate specks. And, chill your glass before pouring, it will keep your drink cold for longer. Make coffee ice cubes (just freeze espresso) instead of plain ice for extra flavor.
