- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk for dairy-free
- 1 cup whole milk or almond milk for a lighter version
- ½ cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup or natural raspberry extract
- 1 –2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
Heat the Base: In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium heat until it’s about to simmer. Do not boil.
Melt the Chocolate: Add white chocolate chips and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Add Raspberry Flavor: Stir in raspberry syrup or extract. If using fresh raspberries, blend them into a puree and strain out the seeds.
Sweeten: Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Cool & Strain: Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Store: Transfer to an airtight glass jar or bottle and refrigerate for up to 5–7 days. Shake well before use.
