- 1 cup prickly pear syrup
- 2 cups fresh lemonade or store-bought
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3–4 cups cold sparkling water or soda water
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey optional, adjust to taste
- Ice cubes – for serving
- Lemon or lime slices + mint leaves – for garnish
Optional Add-Ons:
- Orange slices strawberries, or pineapple chunks
- Rosemary or basil sprig
- Blend with ice for frozen/slushy version
Prepare Lemonade Base
Squeeze about 4–5 lemons for 2 cups of juice.
Mix with 3 cups cold water + 1/4 cup sugar until dissolved.
