Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana frozen preferred
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, oat – your choice
  • 3 –4 cubes ice optional, especially if using fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add to Blender: Add 1 ripe banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 cup milk, and a few ice cubes into a blender.
  • Blend: Blend on high for 30–40 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust: Taste and adjust thickness or sweetness. Add a bit more milk if it's too thick or 1 tsp honey if it's not sweet enough.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass or bottle and enjoy immediately!
