  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half for lighter version
  • 4 tablespoons caramel sauce Ghirardelli, Torani, or homemade
  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar or stevia/monk fruit for sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt optional, for balance

Instructions
