Sparkling Coconut Water Recipe

Sparkling coconut water is a refreshing drink. It’s light, naturally sweet, and bubbly — like plain coconut water’s fun cousin. In just 5 minutes, you can turn a simple glass into a tropical mocktail with fruits, citrus, and mint.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water fresh or packaged, unsweetened
  • 1 cup sparkling water plain, lime, or berry-flavored
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2–3 lemon or lime slices
  • Fresh fruits of choice strawberries, pineapple chunks, watermelon cubes, cucumber slices
  • 5–6 mint leaves

Optional Add-ins:

  • ¼ cup pineapple juice orange juice, or mango puree
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup if extra sweetness is needed

Instructions
 

Chill your base:

  • Refrigerate both coconut water and sparkling water for best fizz and flavor.

Fill the glass with ice:

  • Take 2 serving glasses and fill with ice cubes.

Pour coconut water first:

  • Fill each glass halfway with chilled coconut water.

Top with sparkling water:

  • Slowly add sparkling water to avoid losing bubbles.
  • Stir gently once.

Add citrus & fruits:

  • Squeeze in lemon or lime juice, then add fruit slices of your choice.

Finish with mint:

  • Clap mint leaves between palms to release aroma, then garnish on top.

Serve immediately:

  • Best enjoyed fresh while bubbly.

Notes

Party Tip: Pre-mix coconut water with fruits in a jug, and add sparkling water right before serving for guaranteed fizz.
