Ingredients
  

Core Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

Optional Add-ins:

  • Chocolate chips optional
  • Chopped walnuts or pistachios optional
  • Peanut butter swirl optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and slightly foamy. Add melted butter and mix again.
  • Sift in rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and thick.
  • (Optional) Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or swirl peanut butter on top.
  • Pour into baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 20–24 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

You can add a spoon of yogurt or sour cream for extra moisture—trust me, it can change everything!
