Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold milk whole, 2%, or oat milk for dairy-free
  • 2 tbsp coffee syrup Autocrat, Eclipse, or homemade
  • Ice cubes optional, for serving

For Homemade Coffee Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup instant espresso powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Milk

  • Pour 1 cup of cold milk into a tall glass.

Add Coffee Syrup

  • Stir in 2 tbsp coffee syrup.
  • If using homemade syrup, start with 1½ tbsp and adjust to taste.

Stir Well

  • Mix until syrup completely dissolves.

Taste & Adjust

  • Add more syrup for stronger flavor or less for a lighter taste.

Serve Cold

  • Add ice cubes if desired and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Whole milk gives the creamiest flavor.
Use oat milk for a smooth vegan option.
