  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled & sliced, or use frozen
  • ½ cup strawberry puree homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4–5 medium lemons
  • ½ cup sugar or honey/stevia to taste
  • 3 cups cold water or sparkling water for fresca style

  • Optional add-ins: fresh basil or mint leaves

Instructions

Make the Strawberry Puree:

  • Blend 1 cup strawberries with 2–3 tablespoons sugar until smooth.
  • Strain if you prefer no seeds.

Prepare Lemon Juice:

  • Squeeze 4–5 lemons until you have about 1 cup juice.
  • Remove seeds, but keep pulp if you like texture.

Mix Together:

  • In a large pitcher, combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, remaining sugar or honey
  • 3 cups cold water.
  • Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness.

Chill & Serve:

  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour lemonade over and garnish with lemon slices or strawberries.

Notes

  • For a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade Panera style, you can blend everything with ice instead of mixing with water.
  • For a Panera Strawberry Lemonade Basil, just add fresh basil leaves and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
