Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons Nescafe instant coffee Classic or Gold
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey, maple syrup, stevia
  • 1 cup chilled milk whole, almond, oat, or coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes preferably crushed

Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract for sweet aroma
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or chocolate syrup for mocha version
  • Caramel or hazelnut syrup
  • Whipped cream for café-style topping

Instructions
 

Dissolve the Coffee

  • Mix instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a small bowl.
  • Stir or whisk until fully dissolved. Use a handheld frother for light foam.

Prepare the Glass

  • Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes (or crushed ice for a café-style texture).

Add Milk

  • Pour chilled milk over the ice.

Add Coffee Mix

  • Pour the dissolved coffee mixture over the milk to create a layered effect.

Stir & Customize

  • Stir lightly until it turns light brown.
  • Add optional syrups, whipped cream, or cocoa powder.

Notes

Adjust sweetness: Add more or less sugar depending on your taste.
Best milk: Whole milk gives the creamiest result, but plant-based options work too.
