Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sugar-free white chocolate chips e.g., Lily’s or ChocZero
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a small saucepan, add ½ cup white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp almond milk.
  • Step 2: Melt on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Step 3: Slowly pour in the rest of the almond milk and stir until glossy.
  • Step 4: Add ½ tbsp coconut oil, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt if using. Stir to combine.
  • Step 5: If sauce is too thick, add 1–2 tsp more milk. If too thin, simmer for 1–2 mins.
  • Step 6: Let it cool before using. It will thicken more as it cools.

Notes

If your sauce thickens too much after cooling, just stir in a splash of almond milk while reheating — smooth again in seconds.
