Step 1: Mash the Bananas

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add ½ cup white sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, ⅓ cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and combined.

Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients

  • Sprinkle 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, and ½ tsp cinnamon (optional) on top. Stir gently until no dry flour is visible—don’t overmix.

Step 4: Pour Into Pan

  • Grease or line a 10-inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and spread into a thin layer.

Step 5: Bake

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean or with a few crumbs.

Step 6: Cool and Slice

  • Let the bars cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
