Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk whole, skim, almond, or oat
  • 1-2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Caramel or chocolate sauce for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Toast the White Chocolate:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Spread white chocolate chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Espresso:
  • Brew 1-2 shots of espresso or make ½ cup strong brewed coffee.
  • Heat the Milk:
  • In a saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat (don’t boil).
  • Melt the Chocolate:
  • Add toasted white chocolate to the warm milk and whisk until fully melted.
  • Combine & Serve:
  • Pour espresso into a mug, then add the toasted white chocolate milk mixture.
  • Stir well and top with whipped cream, caramel, or chocolate drizzle (optional).
