Dunkin Cookie Dough Latte Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, Dunkin Donuts coffee recommended
- 1 cup whole milk or oat/almond milk for dairy-free option
- 2–3 tbsp cookie dough syrup store-bought or homemade, recipe below
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup or melted chocolate chips
- 2 tsp brown sugar optional, for caramel/molasses sweetness
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Garnish: mini chocolate chips cookie crumbles, or extra chocolate drizzle
DIY Cookie Dough Syrup (optional):
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp butter extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional
Instructions
Brew the Coffee
- Make 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee.
- For the authentic Dunkin taste, use Dunkin’ Donuts coffee grounds.
Mix Flavors
- In a mug, stir together cookie dough syrup, chocolate syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Add Coffee
- Pour the hot espresso/coffee over the syrup mixture and stir again.
Froth the Milk
- Heat and froth milk (or keep cold for an iced version).
- Froth with a frother, whisk, or shake in a jar.
Combine
- Add the frothed milk into your coffee mixture.
- For iced latte, fill a glass with ice first, then pour in coffee + milk.
Top and Garnish
