This Dunkin Cookie Dough Iced Coffee is my homemade take on their limited-edition drink. It’s sweet, creamy, and tastes like dessert in a cup, with bold coffee and cookie dough syrup you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Base:

  • 2 cups brewed strong coffee chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ cup milk or cream whole milk, half & half, or plant-based alternative
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping

For the Cookie Dough Syrup:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract optional
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Make the Cookie Dough Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and water.
  • Heat on medium, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Add butter, whisk until melted.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla + almond extract.
  • Mix in mini chocolate chips (some melt, some stay as tiny specks).
  • Cool completely and store in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Brew & Chill Coffee

  • Brew extra-strong coffee (double strength, like Dunkin).
  • Chill in the fridge until cold.

Assemble the Drink

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Add 1–2 tbsp cookie dough syrup (adjust sweetness).
  • Pour in 1 cup chilled strong coffee.
  • Add ½ cup milk or cream, stir well.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

You can substitute brown sugar with coconut sugar or stevia.
For dairy-free, use almond, oat, or soy milk.
