- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark/milk chocolate for variation
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt sea salt or flaky salt for depth
Melt the Chocolate
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
Add Marshmallow Fluff
Remove that saucepan from heat and fold in the marshmallow fluff and incorporate it.
Stir vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. (Optional, but it will enhance the flavor.)
Transfer to Pan
Pour your fudge mixture into the pan and spread with a spatula.
For visible marshmallow swirls, swirl in extra fluff before chilling.
Slice and Serve
Once set, lift your fudge using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
