Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark/milk chocolate for variation
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt sea salt or flaky salt for depth

Instructions

Prepare Your Pan

  • Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. (You can also use a lightly greased pan with butter.)

Melt the Chocolate

  • In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  • Avoid overheating to prevent the chocolate from seizing.

Add Marshmallow Fluff

  • Remove from heat and fold in the marshmallow fluff until incorporated.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. (Optional, but enhances the flavor.)

Transfer to Pan

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • For visible marshmallow swirls, swirl in extra fluff before chilling.

Chill to Set

  • Let the fudge set at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 30-40 minutes for faster results.

Slice and Serve

  • Once set, lift the fudge using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
  • For cleaner cuts, warm your knife slightly and wipe it after each cut.
