Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups full-fat vanilla ice cream vanilla bean preferred
  • cups frozen peaches or fresh peaches, pre-frozen
  • ½–¾ cup whole milk adjust for thickness
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract optional, for rich flavor
  • 1 tbsp peach preserves or syrup boosts flavor
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
  • Optional: 2 tbsp diced peaches for chunky texture

Instructions
 

Prep Ingredients:

  • Freeze peaches for at least 3–4 hours before blending to keep shake thick.

Blend Fruit Base:

  • Add frozen peaches and ½ cup milk to a blender.
  • Blend until mostly smooth.

Add Ice Cream & Flavor:

  • Add vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on medium until creamy.

Add Peach Preserves:

  • Blend briefly or stir in by hand for a burst of peach sweetness.

Adjust Consistency:

  • Too thick? Add a splash of milk.
  • Too thin? Add more ice cream or frozen peaches.

Add Peach Chunks (Optional):

  • Stir in diced peaches manually for texture.

Serve Immediately:

  • Pour into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Notes
