  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk almond, oat, or whole
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 3 –4 ice cubes optional, only if not using frozen fruit

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup frozen blueberries, chocolate protein powder or cocoa, milk, and optional Greek yogurt to your blender.
  • Blend for 30–40 seconds or until completely smooth.
