Instructions

Mix Ingredients for Eggless Protein Mug Cake

  • In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, add:
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana or applesauce
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Stir until you get a smooth batter.
  • If too thick, add 1 more tbsp milk. If too runny, add a bit more protein powder.
  • Optional: add a pinch of baking powder for extra fluffiness.

Step 2: Microwave

  • Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds.
  • Check the center — if it’s still wet, microwave for 10–15 seconds more.
  • Do not overcook — the center should be just set and spongey.

Step 3: Let It Sit

  • Let it rest for 1 minute before eating for better texture and safety.

Notes

For extra softness, try mashed banana and oat milk — they always give the best texture without needing more ingredients.
